Monday -Thursday 5 am - 10 pm
Friday 5 am - 8 pm
Saturday & Sunday 7 am - 7 pm

State of the Art Facility

We have a 10,000 sq. ft. fitness center fully equipped with all new Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment. With our country club atmosphere and highly trained fitness staff, we are the best athletic facility in the area.

Cardio Equipment

The Cardio Theater room looks like a movie theater with three big screens. We replaced the seats with a variety of state of the art cardio equipment. You have to see it to believe it. Time flies when you are enjoying your workout.

Group Fitness

Included in the membership are over 50 Group Fitness classes. Our classes are offered throughout the day to fit into your schedule. All of our instructors are Nationally Certified, degreed in their field or highly trained ensuring the highest standard of instruction. Group Fitness schedules are posted at ice-gym.com and also available at the front counter.
